Ruky Cooks Pot Roast Chicken

Description

1 chicken cut in 8 pieces, ready marinated with a special blend of spices, ready for you to cook and serve. This dish never fails to please guests and doubles as a perfect starter and even a sandwich filler if you have some left over.

Instructions:

Just pour some oil in a large pan and add in the marinated chicken. You can add some potato wedges if you like. Add 1/2 cup of blitzed tomato and cover to cook. Add some water if needed.
